About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Have my marriage contract and birth certificate authenticated for my s2 visa extension.

Can I do that in a philippine consulate general's office? Are consulate and embassy the same? Thanks!

Dear, I'm afraid you can't do it at the Philippines Embassy in PRC. You can contact the office and confirm it.
