how do I find hotels in futian shenzhen china？

I am currently looking in area close to Pinghu street
are there many places to visit that not tourist areas like old culture areas
old fashioned street eating areas

You are advised to find a hotel close to subway station, in which case you can travel around easily.
For old cultural but not tourist areas, you may try OTC LOFT and Sea World International Bar Street.
For old fashioned street, you may go to Lyshows (Lixiu) Clothes Street.
For food, Shekou Fishing Street may be a good choice. Hope helpful and enjoy yourself!

Dear David I already have the metro for Guangzhou and SZ.

there is no metro that travels close to the factory I want to visit. I put in Futian that is incorrect it should be longgang.

Yes, Pinghu Street is in Longgang District and there is no subway station within walking distance. Anyway, the Vienna Hotel at no. 76, West Pinglong Road, Pinghu Street, is a good choice with nice facilities and service. Buses no. 372, 363, 398, and 881 are nearby.
