can i mail a visa application to your consulate?

Question

I live in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  Can I fill out or print out a filled out application and mail it to you?  Will I have to send my passport with the application along with a money order or certified check? Can an application be faxed to your office?  Thanks Barbara Moore

Barbara, the consulate general of PRC won’t accept any application by mail or fax. You should go there in person or entrust someone to do it for you. When you collect your passport, you pay for it.
