Currently, there is no direct train or flight. Only direct long-distance bus is available. Get to Tunxi long-distance bus station from Xidi and then take the long-distance bus to Wuhan. The long-distance bus departs at 07:50 and 16:20 .Ticket is about CNY 220 and duration is about 8 hours.

There is also another way but you need to make a transfer. Huangshan to Hefei by high speed train (1h40m) and another high speed train to Wuhan (2 hours). You can search more details about the train on this website.
