About:Marriage Registration in China

Is there any possibility to get registered as a a fiance and get married after a year?

For the Canadian national, what is the rule and regulation for living with Chinese girl as a fiance or common law partner.

Quresgi, I think it’s impossible. In PRC, there is no such kind of rule or regulation.
If you two get married, you can apply for a family Q type to stay with her for a relatively long time.
Or you can only apply for a tourist L type each time and then enter to stay with her for a short time.
