You should prepare those documents including the filled-out application form and a passport-sized color photo, your passport and its copy, your financial support proof, your valid entry permit to mainland PRC, round trip air tickets and accommodation reservation as well as your travel plan. Afterwards, submit your application to Beijing Office of the government of Macau SAR to apply for it.

You must go back to pakistan and apply through chinese embassy or you go to third country and find a chinese embassy,there is no macau office in mainland china.
