About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Arrive from London and fly to South Korea

Hi. A friend is planning on flying in to Pudong to meet with me in Shanghai and we shall fly to Seoul 36 hours later. He has a hotel in downtown Shanghai and a ticket from Pudong to Incheon. Can he use the 72 hour transit visa?

Steve, he can use the 72 hour free transit if he is from one of the 51 countries.
