We are visiting mid April. Will there be able flowers then ?  Where do you go to take the pictures in the traditional costumes ? Chat us the cost ? thank you.

Yes, you will see the peonies in Apr. and mid of the month displays the best view. You can take the pictures in traditional costumes in the park. I remmeber it costs about CNY 30 per person. No extra fee is needed for the costumes.
