About:China Private Visit Visa

To apply for dependent visa for my family before my travel to china with Z type entry permit

I have got Z type (to work in PRC) and I will be traveling to PRC next month. During this travel I am planning to take my wife and son with me. Is it possible for me to apply for dependent entry permit (S category) (by just attaching the copy of my Z type) and to get the dependent S type and take them with me? Kindly reply

Gukan, if your company can issue an invitation letter to your wife and son, your family can apply for S1 type and enter PRC to stay with you. You need to provide your passport and copy of the work Z type. Your family needs to provide other documents including the passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-sized color photo, as well as the notarized marriage certificate and birth certificate of your son. And then submit the application to the CVASC to apply for it.
