How do i call someone from south africa to china using my cell phone and am calling a cell number?

Grace, did you mean you made a call from South Africa? If so, then it depends on what sim card he has. If he still uses South African sim card, you just call as before. If he changes into a Chinese sim card, then you should add "+86" before his phone number. And you also should check if any exit code for making international calls.
