over stay of more than 67 days

Hi, my friend overstyed in china around 67 days, and now he want to to go back to country .What should he do ? And where he contact ? What all the procedures to exit from PRC? How much is the fine in this case ? Plz provide these things and its urgent .Thank you .

Jane, he should contact the local police station, then pay the fines, and then the officer may give him an exit pass so that he can buy the return air ticket and go back home. The fine is around CNY 10,000.
