Yellow Fever: Travelling from Germany

I am a Nigerian traveling from Germany, I have been living in Germany for about a year. Would I be needing a Yellow Fever Card at the entry point. Prior to my trip to China, I will stop in India for seven (7) days.

Would I be allowed without any Yellow card vaccination certificate?

Oluwaseyi, If I were you, I would bring one just in case the entry point refused to let you in. If you still have doubts, you might tell which city you will arrive at. Then I might try to find the contact information for the entry-exit inspection and quarantine. You can confirm this with them directly.
