Can I get a visa from Brazil to china? I am from Sweden.

Well, usually those who apply in the third country are required to provide their legal proof of stay, such as entry permit or resident permit. If you are able to provide this document, you can try to apply. I have to add that those some Chinese embassies don't accept the applications from those who hold short-term entry permits in the third country.
So you should try to contact Chinese embassy in Brazil in advance before you go there to submit your application.0
