Well, do you refer to South Huangxing Pedestrian Street?
If yes, it is still under construction. It's reported that subway line 1 will operate in March, 2016. At that time, you can take line 1 to get to Nanmenkou Station and Huangxing Square Station. Then walk to the pedestrian street directly.0
