About:China Visa

Is it possible for a Kenyan to get the Z visa? And how long is the process?

Hi I'm an English teacher currently in Kenya. I applied for teaching jobs in China and luckily got one in Beijing. the school accepted to offer me a Z type, but it's been almost 1 and a half weeks now, I contacted them and they told me they are still looking into the matter for my eligibility to get Z type.

Regards
Kelvin

Kelvin, of course, it’s possible for a Kenyan to get a work Z type. Don’t worry. The school is applying for the foreign employment permit or foreign expert certificate and an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit for you. You should know that it’s not easy to get the two documents. Only when you get the two documents, you can apply for work Z type. Just wait patiently.
