Hi, I need to know if a South African can apply for a tourist type to Mainland China when in Hong Kong?

Nidia, in principle, if you don’t have residence permit in HK, it’s difficult to apply for mainland entry permit in HK. So if time is enough, you’d better apply for one in your home country.
