Luggage issue during 72 hours visa free transit

Can I not claim the luggages when I leave so I don't have to check in again when I come back?

Dear, as for this question, you should contact with the airline and ask if your luggage is transferred to your final destination direct. If yes, you cannot claim it; if not, you need to collect it when you leave and check in again when you come back. After claiming your luggage, you can store it at the airport.
