6 Month Passport Validity Requirement for Transit Through Guangzhou

Dear Sir or Madam,

My Australian passport will expire on September 27th 2016, I will be flying off to Osaka through Guangzhou on the coming March 25th and through Guangzhou again back to Sydney on April 2nd, will I still be allowed to TRANSIT through China as my passport validity will be just a little shorter than 6 months on the date of return to Australia in April?

Appreciate your advice!

Veronica, don’t worry. You are allowed to transit in PRC on the return date in April when your passport has almost a remaining validity of 6 month.
