About:Marriage Registration in China

About divorce

My name is Peter and I am a British National and got married to a Chinese woman about 8 years ago we were only together 3 weeks and I have not had any contact since, please could you let me know how I would get a divorce or annulment.

Peter, you can ask for the divorce proceedings at the local people’s court where you live in your home country.
