Hi, I have a friend from Israel, but he is a  Polish citizenship, is it possible for him to get the Shenzhen visa at the Lo Wu border if he uses his Polish passport? He will go to Hong Kong and stay for 4 days, then go to Shenzhen and return on the same day. Thanks.Besides, I have a group of friends from the Netherlands, Australia, and US, is it possible for them to get Shenzhen VOA at Lo Wu Port?

Connie, he can get a VOA at Luohu (Lo Wu) Port with his polish passport. In regard of your second question, US passport holders are not eligible for Shenzhen VOA. Your US friend should apply for a relevant entry permit beforehand. But your friends from Netherlands and Australia can get Shenzhen VOA at Lo Wu Port.
