Good Day! How can i apply a passport for my child she's born here in the Philippines

Fan, the first thing is to prepare the relevant required materials including:
1. the application form and 2 recently-taken color photos
2. passports of your husband and you, and your valid residence permit or valid entry permit to Philippines (original and copy)
3. your marriage certificate (original and copy)
4. original of your child’s birth certificate issued by Philippines NSO and receipt from the relevant license issuing authority
5. statement from parents agree to apply for passport for the child
And then submit the application to the embassy of PRC in Philippines to apply for it. Please note that the child and both his/her parents should go there too.
