Macau Visa Fee at the time of sending application...?

Hey
I am Taimoor hailing from Pakistan, living in Nanjing, P. R of China. Can you guide me that if i apply for entry permit to Macau in advance, should i have to pay any fee or when the entry permit is approved then i have to pay. Kindly also tell me the fee for single entry and multiple.
