About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

L Visa, Dutch passport, planning to apply in Japan

Dear all, I'm a Dutch (Netherlands) passport holder, going on a worldtrip soon, and no time to apply for a Chinese entry permit anymore. Will have some time in Japan, any idea if it's possible to apply for a L type in Tokyo?

Thanks in advance!
