About hong kong transit visa

i am yemeni passport holder living in China for studying and I have resident permit here. Can I get transit permit for staying 11 hours at HK airport for connecting flight traveling from wuhan?

Hi there! I think you can get a HK transit permit. You should apply for it at the HK SAR office in Beijing.
