Info about applying 1 year multiple entires

Hello there.
I'd like to know if a Romanian passport holder can get a 1 year multiple entries visa while being in Indonesia on a tourist entry permit?

Nela, it’s not easy to get multiple entries when one applies for it in a third country and it's possible that you can get a single entry at most.
