rejuvenating healthenergy levels for 2016

23.2.1973 (Water Ox)2015 was not a bad year for me financially but felt very tired and exhausted and burnt out at my career because I hold a day job and am also working with a co-founder to build a startup which we have been doing since 2013. At my day job in 2015, there wasn't bonuses or promotion at work (disappointing), just only spending energy to work hard. The whole year, I felt very tired to work on my exercise and diet regime. Plus as a Pisces, Saturn is going to be in my 10th house of career from 2015 to beginning of 2017. For 2016, how can I use my Chinese horoscope to increase my energy and find a way to have some work-life balance? I'm not afraid of hard work but I feel super drained and meh....no energy. I want to take time to take care of my health - exercise and rest - without feeling stressed about time management. Is it possible for me in 2016 to do this, without falling back on my work/startup business commitments? Is there any feng shui that I can do for myself to rejuvenate my energy? Thanks!

Jelly, you feel drained and no energy because you were not rewarded for your endeavor last year. Take it easy! If there was someone else who was promoted last year, then he/she must have worked harder than you. Although you wasn't promoted, you already accummulated much more experiences because you did the job and had your own business. What's your plan? To do your own business in future? If so, I think you'd better keep yourself fully focused on your business. I am just afraid that you can't do your job and business at the same time for long. It consumes too much energy. And you might fail in both at last. Lastly, you are unlucky in 2016. It's said that you might have ups and downs in your life. You might get injured badly. So please take good care of yourself and do not keep yourself too busy.
