About:China Work Visa

For applying Z type visa from Pakistan. Do we need to present our original Bachelors Degree?

do they required attestation on Original Degree from ministry(s)?

Irshad, it's not required when you apply for the Z. However, its copy version and translated version are required when your employer applies the work permit for you. After getting the work permit and invitation letter from duly authorized Chinese unit, you can go to the embassy to apply for your Z type.
