can you tell me working days of Chinese Embassy in Islamabad in the month February 2016?

Dear Sir, I am here in china. I want to bring my wife here. Now i have planned to go to Pakistan in the last week of January. I heard from some one that the embassy in Islamabad has some holidays as a spring festival in the month of February.
