About:Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Shuttle Bus

My fly is Milano to Taipei but need change airport Pudong to Hongqiao. Is necessary the visa?

You don't need to apply for the visa if your stopover is within 24 hours. Just get a stay permit at the inspection counter~
