Dear, if you go there for tourism purpose, you should apply for a tourist L type and the requirement can be as follows:
1. Your passport and copy of its data page
2. The filled-out application form with a passport-sized color photo glued
3. Valid hotel reservation and round trip air tickets booking record
4. Bank savings account with a balance of at least 40,000 Pula
