You may take Airport Express line to Dongzhimen Station. Next, change to metro line 2 to Xizhimen Station. Then, transfer to line 4 to National Library. After that, change to line 9 to West Railway Station. It takes about 1 hour, and the fare is CNY 30.

Also, you can take airport shuttle bus line 7 to the terminus: Southern Square of West Railway Station. The fare is CNY 24, and the duration is 80-90min.
