I lost my job in sept 2015. Will I get a better job in 2016? Will I have to move to find it?

Woodrow, actually you needn't to find a new one. It's said that you will do much better in your current job in 2016. You are likely to be promoted. However, if you find there is no future in your job, you can find a new one. Since your career fortune is good, I think you will find one easily.
