visa for master students requirements 2016

I am currently applying for masters studies at shanghai university of finance and economics, what are the requirements needed to get a study X type? I am from Tanzania?

The required documents include the fill-out application form attached with a passport-style color photo, your passport and copy of its data page, the admission notice from the school, JW201 or JW202 form, physical examination report for foreigners (original and copy) as well as other materials required by the consular officers.
