i want z visa, iam in china now with x1 type.

kindly be informed, i have X1 type valid till 30th of march, i have a chance to employ in a Chinese company. so i want change my X1 type to Z type. can you help me?
accordingly i have some question that are mentioned in below:
1) i graduated in bachelor degree 5 month ago. i have 3 years full time experience but it was not after my graduation. this issue make some problem or not?
2) now i am in PRC, and we can not go back to my country (i am Iranian) for issuing the Z type because i study here and can not stop my study till issuing my Z type.
finally i want to work in the wonderful country seriously so please lets me now your best solution as soon as possible.
