We are staying at Ibis Hongkong Central & Sheung Wan. Will the hotel coach drop us there?

You are starting from HKIA, right? As I know, the hotel coach is unvailable directly for the trip. I suggest you take Airport Express train to HK station, and then take free shuttle bus line H1 to the hotel directly (the 10th stop).

Also, you can take bus line A11 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to Macau Ferry, Connaught Road Central Station. Then, walk west along Connaught Road West to the hotel. It takes about 45 minutes, and the fare is HKD 40.
