About:Chinese Consulate in New York

HKSAR Passport Renewal: Massachusetts

I'm trying to renew my HKSAR passport. I live in MA and do not plan on traveling to HK anytime soon. I was wondering is there anyway to renew without having to travel to NYC? Can I mail the application to the consulate? Thank you.

Dear, the consulate general doesn’t accept any application by mail. You have to submit the application in person. Sometimes, the consular officers go to some cities within its consular district, you can keep an eye on its website notices.
