xian public transport card on tourist buseson shuttle lines?

Can I use the transport card on the tourist lines?  And also on the shuttle lines from and to the airport? Can I buy the card somewhere at the airport?

Well, tourist lines and airport shuttle don't accept the Transportation Card. I'm afraid the airport doesn't have its service counters. So you need to buy it in downtown area. In the Customer Service Center of any metro station, you can easily get a card.
