My girl friend joining me in Shanghai

Hi,
my Indonesian girl friend, working and living in Hong Kong since 6 years will join me in Shanghai where I live and work since 6 years. We will travel a lot, almost each month, outside China, but our home will be Shanghai. What kind of visa she should apply and where?

Istvan, I think a one-year multiple-entry tourist L type is for her choice and she can apply for it at the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of the PRC in HK.
