Milo (kind of chocolate drink ) into China

Hi, I'm travelling in a group of 6 adults. We would like to bring a total of 14 packets of milo (1 kilo per packet) in next month. Wonder it is possible without delare at the airport?

Many thanks

Fiona, is it liquid drink? If so, I am afraid that you may not bring so many packets. According to what I find, each passenger can take 2kg at most in their checked luggage.
