About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

Traveling over to HK early February do I need a visa as an Australian passport holder

My partner 3 year old daughter & myself are heading over on a Family vacation to Hong Kong early next Month.

Do we need to apply for an entry permit or just turn up on the flight and we are not sure where we are going after Hong Kong but do we require a forward journey to take up the free entry?

Dennis, you don’t need it because Australia passport holders can enter HK freely for a stay of no more than 90 days. You don’t need a forward journey to take up the free entry either. But you should hold a return ticket or onward ticket to prove that you will exit HK.
