Well, you may take a high speed train to Tianjin Railway Station from Hongqiao Railway Station. The Tianjin Railway Station is located at Hebei District if it is really your destination. They are scheduled at 8:10, 9:13, 10:22, 10:33, 11:20, and 11:31, and the duration is about 6 hours. You need to pay CNY 516.5 for a second-class seat; CNY 869.5 for a first-class seat; CNY 1630.5 for a business class seat. :)

Only General Bus Station has one schedule at 16:00 that can take you to Tianjin. No bus can take you to Cangzhou directly.

But if you wanna go to Cangzhou from SH, you can take direct bullet train at Hongqiao Railway Station and arrive at Cangzhou West Railway Station. The trains depart at 08:05, 08:10, 08:18, 11:10, 11:20, 11:31, 12:23, 14:21, 14:54, 15:05, 16:38 and 17:34. It takes around 5 hours on the way. The ticket fare of second class seat is CNY473.5 and first class seat is CNY803.5.
