Visa fee increase

Hello, I have been told the consular fee for a single entry type is rising to £151 from Monday 11 January 2016 can you confirm that this is true.

Yes, it's true. The CVASC office will launch a new price list from the 11th January 2016. For UK citizens, the total application fee including the paper fee and the servive fee will rise to £151 for all types of PRC entry permtis. If you apply for single entry type, it becomes more expensive. If you apply for multiple entries, it is much cheaper than before.
