To join the tours, the closest sites of the Dispatch Center is Hongkou Branch, at no. 444, Dongjiangwan Road, close to gate no. 5, Hongkou Football Stadium. It is no more than 4km from the ril station. You can take bus no. 115 to reach or take a taxi to arrive directly.
For downtown sightseeing, I suggest you go to Urban Planning Exhibition Center (People's Avenue) to take the sigtseeing bus for a good view.
