How can I have internet access in guangzhou ? Is it possible by sim card data ? Where can I buy one?

Yes, it's possible by sim card via phone. But you need to go to one of the branches of China mobile, China Unicom, or China Telecom to buy a sim card first.
They also offer broadband service, via which you can have internet via computers.
