Is the best time to visit Sanya during Chinese New Year month in feb?

In consideration of weather, it's a good time. But it's the peak travel season too and lots of tourists will pour in, making dining, accommodation and other service fee higher than usual. If possible, you may choose another time rather Chinese New Year period.
