Dear Sir;I am looking to avail CSC scholarship for PhD in PRC, I have gone through foreign physical examination, It is revealed that my HBsAg is positive, afterwards I undergone detailed diagnostics, the doctor commented that the viral load is ignorable, and you are fully fit, don't worry about HBsAg result.In this case please guide me that can I avail Chinese visa and study there.Thank you;Abrar

Syed, I advise you submit your application to Chinese embassy and let them decide. If you give up, you have no chance. If you submit your application, you at least have 50 percent chance.
