Information regarding foreign physical examination for visiting PR China

Dear Sir;
I am looking to avail CSC scholarship for PhD in PRC, I have gone through foreign physical examination, It is revealed that my HBsAg is positive, afterwards I undergone detailed diagnostics, the doctor commented that "the viral load is ignorable, and you are fully fit, don't worry about HBsAg result".
In this case please guide me that can I avail Chinese visa and study there.
