I would like to know which is the most convenient and cheapest way to reach Metro Park Hotel Kowloon.

Take bus line A21 from Airport Ground Transport Center to Nelson Street for HKD 33 per person. Then, walk east along Argyle Street for about 600 yards to the hotel. :)
