Do I need visa if I will transit in Guangzhou Baiyun CAN airport for 3 hours?

I am a Bangladeshi. I will travel to Sydney Australia, transit in Guangzhou Baiyun CAN airport for 3 hours? Dhaka to Guangzhou to Sydney. I will remain inside the airport during that 3 hours.
