climb mt. huashan in december 2016

We are looking to climb part of the mountain in December. Are we able to do this at that time of year? Which peak is best to climb? Also we have children as young as ten.

Yes, you can still climb the mountain in December. Don't worry. But as I know, some scenic spots like plank road will be closed because of the bad weather, such as snow. Most parts of the mountain area still open at that time. In addition, you can start from Yuquan Temple and get to North Peak, and then East Peak. This route is safer and easier. Have fun!
