About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Can I use this Visa for a short stay?

I will be travelling to Shanghai from Europe with a valid passport from a Schengen country.
I will need to stay 48 hours and then leave from Shanghai back home.
Can I apply for the free 72 hours transit?
Can I use this free transit for a short stay or is it necessary to be in transit to other destination?

Dear Vitor, depands on where you come from and where you are going to. It´s not possible to depart and arrive from/at the same country.
Lissabon - Shanghai - Lissabon NO.
Lissabon - Shanghai - Hong Kong - Lissabon YES
